One point two inch rockwool cubes

$21.99
Data updated 2026-10-30

This catalog entry features 144 rockwool cubes with a 1.2 inch measurement. This size offers a middle ground for growers who need more stability than a 1 inch cube but want to save space compared to larger blocks. They are designed to support the plant from the moment of germination.

The cubes are made from mineral wool, which is known for its ability to hold a high volume of water while remaining airy. This balance is vital for preventing root rot in young plants. The cubes are pre-drilled with a small hole to make seed placement simple and accurate.

These listings provide a sufficient quantity for several growing cycles in a typical home setup. The 1.2 inch size is versatile enough to be used in net pots or as a standalone medium in flood and drain trays. They are a reliable component for anyone practicing soil-free gardening techniques.
